  • Be written in English

  • Have a maximal length of 250 words.

  • Authors will receive notification for conference registration and will be invited to submit the Extended Abstract OR Full Paper (Optional).

Step 2: Full Paper (Optional)

Step 3: Upload Video Presentation & Presentation Slide

  • The submission of abstracts and papers will be managed through an online conference paper management system called EasyChair. 

  • The Author can upload the Full Paper and check on the review status of the submission.

  • To submit a Full Paper follow the 'Easychair authors instructions' and below:

 

1. Set up an account (username and password) as an author at the following link: https://easychair.org/cfp/SPEAK2018

 

2. Submit your Full Paper by logging into the EasyChair website of SPEAK 2018 and by following the "New submission" link located on the top-left corner of the menu bar. The submission page is at the following link: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=speak2018

Digitalized Conference (Video & Slide) Requirements

 

All video must

  • Be recorded in English

  • Introduce the name of presenter and title at the beginning

  • Recorded the presentation of each slide 

  • Not exceeding 20 minutes duration

  • Rename the video: VI_Firstname Lastname_First3wordsoftheResearchTitle

  • Be written in English

  • Points are aligned with the video presentation

  • Must be made using Microsoft powerpoint, keynote or google slides

  • Please rename the presentation: SL_Firstname Lastname_First3wordsoftheResearchTitle
